Mahesh became a real stand-out leader during his time at Thunderbird. He was the leader of the Thunderbird Management Consulting Association and he made that club the strongest on campus. It was a completely voluntary club but Mahesh organized several case competitions in different formats that were well attended by fellow students and faculty. The Association also took on small consulting projects so students could get more experience working in the real world and what I'd consider my strongest endorsement of Mahesh is that whenever I had a professional contact who was interested in such consulting support, I could refer them to Mahesh without a worry. That matters a lot. Mahesh is a solid guy, he's smart and he works hard.
